June 2018
The R&D project for millimeter-wave human body imaging security inspection products was initiated. In the same year, the Hefei Research Institute, which specializes in big data, millimeter-wave, and terahertz product technology research and development, was established. It collaborated with Keyuan Intelligence to undertake the systematic development of millimeter-wave human body imaging security inspection equipment.
December 2021
The team has submitted a total of 8 technical patents and 6 software copyrights for products such as millimeter-wave array antenna calibration, radar devices, and imaging, all of which have been granted. The team has been awarded the Shanghai May 1st Labor Medal.

The inspection and finalization of the new generation of fully electronically scanned array millimeter-wave human body imaging security equipment have been completed.
December 2022
The new generation of fully electronically scanned array millimeter-wave human body imaging security inspection equipment has passed the testing and certification of the Ministry of Public Security.
